RETURN POLICY

Before you consider a product for exchange please ponder one more time on why you want to do that. All products at INDOSTRINGS are dealt with exceptional care and undergo immaculate analysis and attention before shipment. They are handcrafted by rural households and therefore unique and could be slightly different from each other. A little aberration of weave is normal and adds the precise beauty that a handcrafted product commands.

INDOSTRINGS products go under severe quality checks in three different stages before they reach you. The first checks are done at manufacturers’ site. The second analysis takes place when the products arrive at storage site. They undergo a quality check for the third time before delivery. Therefore, chances of a damaged or a defective product reaching you is almost nonexistent. Indostrings however offers an Exchange policy under the following circumstances:

  1. You have received a wrong product.
  2. You have found a defect in the received product.
  3. You have received a wrong size than ordered.  

Please note you have 3 days from the date of receiving the product to generate an Exchange or Return request for the product.

Exchange Policy

Please write a mail to sales@indostrings.com to specify why you want to Exchange the product. You need to attach pictures of the product while you explain the issue you faced with your received product. The pictures should be clear enough to depict the issue(s).

 INDOSTRINGS keeps a picture of the original entire product on the time of its delivery. Indostrings Team will match the original product picture with the ones you will share over mail.

 If we approve your Exchange request over mail, courier the product through a registered courier agency only to our below mentioned address.

Once we receive the product, it will be analyzed for defects (if any) to match the damage description and the pictures shared by you. The product returned should be in its original condition (as you received it), unused, stain and odor free, should have original tags/labels in place and folds intact and returned along with the box if any was given at the time of delivery, the product shall then only be considered for Exchange, else it will be returned again to the buyer and in such cases Indostrings will deduct the shipping cost from the price of the product.

You will receive a mail from us informing if the product is eligible for Exchange. 

If your sent product is eligible for an Exchange and Indostrings have extra pieces of the same product we will dispatch the same to you. Or, Indostrings will refund you the price of the product in its entirety.

For a successful Exchange request, you will not be charged for shipment for the product you will get in exchange.  

Please note, you will get a full refund only in case Indostrings does not have a replacement for your returned item.

Terms and Conditions

 # The Exchange Request must be generated within 3 days of receiving the product.

# Buyer is to bear the cost of shipping the product to Indostrings.

# Buyer should never send back an item without our confirmation mail, otherwise no credit or replacement shall be given.

# If we do not get the returned product within 20 business days after we sent the confirmation mail, we will inform the buyer the same and the Exchange Request will be cancelled.

# Buyer’s bank details should be properly given for a refund, Indostrings website will not take responsibility of any typing error.

# Clearance sale items are final and will not be exchanged.

# Sequins and beads tend to come off no matter how careful you are. In hand-painted/handcrafted products color spread and irregularity in design is common. In such cases, the products will not be considered as damaged or defective and no refund/exchange request will be considered.    

# Due to shipping package size constraints, products are generally folded while shipped. The creases due to folds do not make an apparel defective or creased and no return request therefore will be entertained in such cases.

          

Disclaimer : We ship to you the same product that are displayed here and we do our best to display the color of the products as accurately as possible. Sometimes, however, some colors may appear different on your system (be it a computer/laptop/tablet/phone) from the real color. This could be due to lighting and/or limitations of digital photography. Such color differences are not to be considered as a factor while comparing a requested and delivered product.
